After reading Positively Wealthy by Emma Mumford, we went on a crystal adventure which we talk about in this ep, and we provide our recommendations for both business purposes and personal life.
We also chat about the importance of reflecting on your goals, instead of constantly making new ones - as this can have a bad effect on your mental health!! Remember to focus on your achievements and not dwell on that one goal you haven't achieved this year.
